My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right at the heart of Mexico City, but the room was small, smelled a bit, and had old broken furniture. The service was a mix of friendly and rude encounters. The dining experience was okay but not exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great views and some cleanliness issues. The room fronted right on the plaza with an awesome balcony overlooking Plaza de la Constitution and all the lively activities. However, the cleanliness was not up to par. The location was the best part, with proximity to major attractions and vibrant shopping areas.
